"TAIWAN isn't a part, or province of China!"

His Excellence Secretary-General Kofi Annan
The United Nations

Dear Secretary-General Annan:

As you know, Mongolian Republic, both North and South Korean Republic, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia,
and Okinawa all have, one time or another, been "a part,or province of China" in history like
Taiwan (Formosa).

If the United Nations, under the persuation, pressure from the representatives of Peoples
Republic of China, mindlessly using Resolution 2758 of 1971 as an excuse, disregards the
facts, reality, and the risk of the wrath of the 23 millions people of Taiwan and its allies,
persists in its change of Taiwan's status to become "province of China" in the UN Statistic
Division's list of Countries, Areas Codes and Abreviations, then those countries listed above
will be in danger of being claimed and lost their peace of mind by the same pattern unfortunately made
by this great organization.

I respectfuly requesst your attention and take immediate, necessary actions to correct the mistake and
restore the Taiwan's status as Taiwan, not a "province of China" in UN's statistic book.

Sincerely yours,

Charles C. Chang
The Committee to Recall UN's Change of Taiwan's Status,
