The International Society for Individual Liberty (ISIL) announces early registration for it's 1999 world convention, to be held in August, 1999, in San Jos? Costa Rica.

The theme of the convention is "The Globalization of Liberty" and we have already begun recruiting speakers. One such person is Mario Vargas Llosa, author of The Green House and many other famous works, has indicated an interest, as has the well-known Cuban exile Carlos Montaner. We will also have many interesting speakers in English. The latest information will always be posted to the website.

In addition, Dr. Rigoberto Stewart, head of INLAP, Costa Rica's libertarian think tank, will discuss his project for creating an autonomous libertarian region out of Costa Rica's Caribbean province of Limón.
