Jersey, a non-profit organisation for promoting the MLT (Prof. Liim's 
system).   

The important features of Prof. Liim's system are 
1. Recognize that Taiwanese is a tone language and must include tone symbols 
in the words-- that is to say that a spelling system of Taiwanese words 
cannot be designed from the prospect of western world (most are not tone 
languages). 
2. He recognize to use word as a spelling unit rather than use Chinese 
character as a spelling unit. 
3. His system is not a "P'in-Yim" system, but a language system.  It is a 
great leap based from Taiwan Church's system. 

Because of these feature, it is a true Taiwanese languaage to be used in the 
coming Internet age.
